The DSWD UPLIFT Cash Assistance is a direct ₱2,000 grant for low-income Filipino households, created under Executive Order No. 110 in response to rising fuel and energy costs. UPLIFT stands for the Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport — a whole-of-government framework covering fuel, electricity, food prices, and transportation support.
The G2P (Government-to-Person) Portal is how qualified households enroll their accounts to receive the grant digitally. It is not a registration portal for new applicants — there are no online applications or public sign-ups to become a new UPLIFT beneficiary.

Qualifications
Beneficiaries fall into three groups, each with a different path to receiving aid.
Group 1 (3.5 million households). Families already enrolled in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) or the Walang Gutom Program. They receive a one-time ₱2,000, credited straight to the LandBank or GCash account already on file. The payout happens automatically.
Group 2 (2.5 million households). Households identified as poor or near-poor through the PSA’s Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS), but not yet part of 4Ps. This group receives ₱2,000 a month from July through December 2026. Group 2 beneficiaries must enroll an account through the G2P Portal to receive their remaining payments.
Group 3 (1.5 million low-income SSS members). These members are notified through the My.SSS portal or their registered SSS email.
No New Applications or New Registrations
UPLIFT does not accept new public applications. There is no form to fill out, no website to sign up on, and no way to apply as a new beneficiary.
DSWD identifies all beneficiaries using existing government data:
- 4Ps and Walang Gutom Program rolls — for Group 1
- 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) — for Group 2
- SSS records — for Group 3
If your name isn’t on the list, it doesn’t automatically mean you were overlooked — it may mean your household didn’t meet the CBMS criteria for poor or near-poor status. If you believe you should qualify, go to your barangay hall or local DSWD office and ask in person. That’s the correct and safest step.
Ignore anyone offering to register you as a new applicant, guarantee your inclusion, or speed up the process — especially for a fee. No such service exists, and anyone claiming otherwise is running a scam.
How to Register Your GCash or Bank Account in UPLIFT G2P Portal Online to Receive the Payout
While there is no new registration as a new applicant, existing recipients can register their Gcash or Philippine bank account in the UPLIFT G2P Portal to receive the payout. Below are the steps:

- Step 1: Ready Your Requirements. Have a valid government ID and a fully verified GCash, Maya, or bank account registered under your exact name.
- Step 2: Verify Your eGovPH App. Download the eGovPH app, register your mobile number, and complete the identity verification with a selfie and your ID.
- Step 3: Link on the Portal. Go to uplift-g2p.dswd.gov.ph, log in using your eGovPH account, and enter your GCash or bank account details to submit.
The UPLIFT G2P Portal is DSWD’s online platform for enrolling Group 2 beneficiaries’ bank or e-wallet accounts. It works on any browser — phone, tablet, laptop, or computer — with an internet connection.
It is exclusively for Group 2 households pre-selected through CBMS who have already received their first ₱2,000 manual payout. Registration must be completed by the Household Head or a listed Household Member whose name matches the account being submitted.
How to Claim
Group 2 beneficiaries must complete seven steps to link their account through the G2P Portal.
Step 1: Check your eligibility. Confirm that you qualify using the official eligibility checker at https://uplift-g2p.dswd.gov.ph/check-eligibility.
Step 2: Access the portal. Open a browser and go directly to https://uplift-g2p.dswd.gov.ph. Avoid forwarded links or messages claiming to be the portal.
Step 3: Sign in. Use either eGovPH or BBM Serbisyo, then link or select your verified e-wallet or partner bank account when prompted.
Step 4: Fill out or verify your details. Make sure your registered mobile number matches the one linked to your active digital wallet or bank account.
Step 5: Upload a valid ID. Have a clear photo or screenshot of your ID (front and back) ready before you start.
Step 6: Submit and confirm. Review everything carefully before submitting. The system will show a confirmation message with reference details — save or screenshot this.
Step 7: Request disbursement. After your account is KYC-verified, choose your nominated Financial Service Provider and request disbursement. Your assistance will be credited once payouts begin.
Digital Banks
You’ll need an active, fully verified GCash account or an accredited digital bank account registered under the correct name. DSWD also accepts the following partner digital banks:
- Gcash
- GoTyme Bank Corporation
- Maya Bank, Inc.
- Tonik Digital Bank, Inc.
- Union Digital Bank
- UNOBank, Inc.
- MariBank Philippines Inc.
Safety Reminders
- Real government websites end in .gov.ph.
- No government office will ever ask for your OTP, MPIN, or GCash password.
- UPLIFT is completely free — it’s a grant, not a loan, and has no application fees.
- Real government aid never works on a countdown clock. Ignore any message pressuring you to “act now.”
