Requirements
For ASG requirements, give two sets of the following:

How to Apply for ASG at the PH Consulate Office in Chongqing
Here’s how to schedule an appointment by email and apply for Affidavit of Support & Guarantee (ASG):
Step 1: Email chongqingpcg@gmail.com or chongqing.pcg@dfa.gov.ph. Provide your full name, desired time and date, contact details, as well as your purpose (Affidavit of Support & Guarantee).
Step 2: Wait for the confirmation of the booking.

- The document(s) must be signed in person by the applicant(s) in front of officials or personnel of the Philippine Consulate.
- For the document to be notarized, the name on the passport and the applicant’s actual legal name must match. The notarial document’s signature needs to match the applicant’s passport and any other valid ID that the government may have given.
- It will take three (3) to five (5) business days for the PCG to process the ASG application.
- Personnel or officials of the Philippine Consulate can confiscate any documents that are faked or altered and presented for notarization or authentication. Legal action will be taken against the fixers as well as the owners of the necessary documentation. The payment will be returned if it turns out that a document is fake.
