UPDATE: Filipino residents who are based in Al Khobar and the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, the actual POLO-Eastern Regional Operations (ERO) office location is now closed. The notice in their office mentions that you can go to POLO-Riyadh for inquiries. However, there are some OWWA services you can avail of as POLO-ERO conducts special “Embassy on Wheels” services wherein they post announcements on their POLO-ERO Facebook Page. The role of contract verification is that in ensures that the OFW has a legit job and an employer, and that the contract conditions match the minimal standards of the POEA and the host government. In order for OECs to be issued, the verified employment contract must also be submitted to the POEA BM Centers in the Philippines, and it may be requested by Philippine Immigration Officers before to departure.

Qualifications

Filipino workers that have changed jobs onsite and are registered with POEA.
Filipinos working in Al Khobar without a POEA record.
Filipino nationals who have been authorized for an employment visa by the Immigration Department.
Change of employer and/or name of employer for the first time in Al Khobar (for example, from a tourist or from another nation).
