Overview
Now that everybody is going digital, it is good that even the official website of OWWA is getting updated. We noticed that they have a new design and they have made the interface much more efficient so that OWWA members can access the online services available to them.
The OWWA eService platform is accessible to all OWWA members (a member is either an OFW or their dependents). Members can access e-Services through the following:
- Personal Computer
- Smartphone – Android and iOS
- Globe Telecom’s G-Connect service
1. OFW Assistance Information System (OASIS)
The OASIS is a web-based platform that aims to make the repatriation process easier and more efficient, as well as provide assistance to the large number of returning OFWs.
At least five (5) days before the scheduled repatriation, all OFWs planning to return to the Philippines during the COVID-19 pandemic are required to register in the OASIS, which may be accessed via oasis.owwa.gov.ph.
By registering with OASIS, OFWs are giving DOLE, POLO, OWWA, and POEA the information they need to respond to OFW concerns and provide appropriate services, such as repatriation, testing, quarantine, transportation, and reintegration and/or reemployment programs, in the event of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Check out Florantz TV’s YouTube video ‘2021 OASIS-OWWA HOW TO REGISTER OASIS/ OASIS-OWWA FOR RETURNING OFW’ if you want to learn more about how to register on OASIS.
2. OWWA OFW e-CARD
The OFW eCard is the official ID card for active, authorized, and documented OFWs. Its goal is to improve and enhance service delivery to member-OFWs by making access to OWWA programs and services, as well as other social benefits, easier and faster.
Because it also acts as a legal ID, it will minimize the documentation requirements for OFW transactions with POEA and the Bureau of Immigration. In addition, the OFW eCard can be presented to any Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) as well as any embassy or consulate office in another country as a government-issued identification card.
3. OWWA OFW e-CARD Tracker
It’s now simple to keep track of your OWWA membership status. Using your phone, simply download the OWWA Mobile App. In a matter of seconds, it’s easy and quick. You can also go to OWWA’s website, which has a link.
If you are currently working abroad or in the Philippines, you can also check your membership status by visiting any POLO-OWWA office or any OWWA Regional Welfare Office in your area.

4. OWWA Mobile Application
The OWWA Mobile Application is an OWWA e-service that allows members to view their OWWA profile and renew their membership. The software is available for download on Google Play and Apple Store for OWWA members. The goal of this mobile app is to make it simple to find out about OWWA’s programs and services. You can also use the OWWA mobile app to renew your membership, making it easier for you to stay active.
5. OWWA Rebate Portal
It is in compliance with the OWWA Act or Republic Act 10801 which specifies the payment of an equivalent amount to members of the OWWA who have not received any benefit, service, or program from the agency for the past ten years.
The OWWA rebate is only a small portion of the overall OWWA commitment. It isn’t a cash-back or reimbursement of the entire OWWA contribution. Depending on how much they have contributed, seaman, OFWs, and their qualified beneficiaries will now be eligible for rebates ranging from PHP 941 to PHP 13,000.
The OWWA Rebate Portal allows the OFW member to sign up and register their information so they can verify their OWWA status and also add their details to inquire if they can apply for a rebate request.
6. OWWA ‘Uwian Na’ Mobile Application
“Uwian Na” is a mobile application that allows OFWs to register and be transported to OWWA Hotel Quarantine Facilities. When the pandemic begins in 2020, this is one of the OWWA’s initiatives.
For Android users, the OWWA ‘Uwian Na’ App is available on Google Play, while for iPhone users, it is available on the App Store.

OWWA Login
Members should acquire their OWWA Login ID before they start using certain services such as the OWWA Mobile App and OWWA Uwian Na Portal.
Please make sure to keep your login details secure to avoid identity thefts or other forms of cybercrimes. After all, it is only you who should have access to your OWWA ID and Password.
